a doctor in detroit is in jail accused of miss diagnosing cancer patients and giving them treatments they didn't need. government prosecutors say he gave his patients chemotherapy when it was not needed and submitted false claims for tens of millions of dollars. one man said when his father didn't respond to the chemo they gave it to him anyway. >> they were giving him transfusions in the parking garage area. what kind of practice is that? >> to know a doctor could have potentially brought your death on sooner is sickening. >> the government hasn't proven ?ig. proven anything. if convicted he faces 20 years in prison. >> a bit of a break at the gas pump. experts say this may just be the beginning. the average price of a gallon of gas has fallen 8 cents over the past two weeks. the national average is now $3.56 a gallon. surprises are expected to drop another dime by fall. in california it is90 a $3.90 a gallon. the afnlg of $3.97 a gallon which is down 5 cents from last week. on the waters of lake mare rete today there was a fierce competition. it was the oakland dragon boat festiva
